We deliver with Australia Post. For Standard delivery, please allow 2-5 business days.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as all purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We do not exchange sale items.
If there is a fault with the product, we will exchange it or replace it with a credit note. Please email us on email@example.com and arrange for the product to be sent to us. Please not this return postage will not be reimbursed, however we will send the replacement items to you free of charge.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the item if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be received in its original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges must be applied within 14 days of receiving your items in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
- The item will need to be posted back to us at your own expense. It is your responsibility to select a postage option with tracking for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us. Postal address is PO box 992 Leichhardt NSW 2040.
